ASUS ROG Flow Z13 “Kojima Edition” Tested: Strix Halo Tablet With Beautiful Death Stranding Inspired Design

8 April 2026 at 20:00

The back view of an ASUS ROG Flow Z13-KJP tablet with a metallic design and engraved text 'DO NOT TOUCH LENS SURFACE'.

ASUS is no stranger to collaborating with media franchises on special edition releases for their components. Most notably, anything from the ROG x EVANGELION collection becomes an instant collector's classic with a massive premium on the secondhand market. When ASUS UAE first reached out to me looking to sample the Flow Z13-KJP, I assumed it would be similar to those previous ROG collaborations: gear that looked decent and certainly amassed a fan following, but nothing really deeper than a decal slapped on existing components. Boy, was I wrong. What's In The Box Inside the box, you'll find the laptop along […]

Cyberpunk 2077’s PS5 Pro update arrives today

8 April 2026 at 12:00

Despite stating previously that they had no plans to support the PlayStation 5 Pro with a bespoke update, CD Projekt Red did ultimately reveal that Cyberpunk 2077 on Sony’s higher-end console would be getting a welcome update in the future. Well, the future is now, with the team fully detailing all of the enhancements arriving today for Pro owners – including multiple forms of ray-tracing.

Taking to the PlayStation Blog to detail the update, CDPR’s Kuba Knapik confirmed that the highly-anticipated PS5 Pro update is finally coming to Cyberpunk 2077 today. A full breakdown of all the various tweaks and specificities can be found HERE, but some of the most notable enhancements include:

  • PSSR (PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution) support
  • BVH8 (8-way Bounding Volume Hierarchy) support allowing for:
    • Ray-traced lighting
    • Ray-traced shadows
    • Ray-traced reflections
  • 3 PS5 Pro graphics modes:
    • Ray Tracing Pro (RT reflections; AO; skylight; shadows and emissive lighting at 40fps)
    • Performance Mode (up to 90fps without RT features)
    • Ray Tracing Mode (select RT features at 60fps)

Cyberpunk 2077

Curiously, CDPR did not make any mention of target resolutions, aside from the confirmation of “4K visuals”. Of course, seeing as how the Pro version makes use of PSSR, the final result is able to look perceptively sharp while technically running at lower resolutions. Regardless, this latest update is a massive one for PS5 Pro owners.

Given just how impactful ray-tracing has been for Cyberpunk and the world of Night City, bringing over a majority of these features to the Pro version should make for an immediately noticeable increase in visual fidelity and grounded realism.

It’s been a long time coming, but the PS5 Pro update for Cyberpunk 2077 seems to have been worth the wait.

7 April 2026 at 19:13

A character in the game 'Cyberpunk 2077' is surrounded by cables and machinery in a dimly lit, industrial environment.

If you can believe it, Cyberpunk 2077 is about to get yet another visual improvement, at least for players who power their console gaming with a PS5 Pro. Developer CD Projekt RED's infamous RPG is getting a new update tomorrow, April 8, 2026, specifically around allowing the game to take full advantage of the professional-grade PlayStation, and the additional power that comes with it over a base PS5. A new PlayStation Blog post digs into the numerous enhancements that PS5 Pro owners will be able to take advantage of, including support for PSSR (and yes, it is PSSR 2.0 support), […]

Cyberpunk TCG is officially the “Most Funded Game in Crowdfunding History”

6 April 2026 at 11:00

Over the years, CD Projekt have had a relatively close relationship with Kickstarter, having successfully released various Witcher and Cyberpunk-related projects through the crowdfunding platform. Even so, their latest efforts have proven to be record-breaking, with the recently-launched Cyberpunk TCG becoming the “Most Funded Game in Crowdfunding History.”

With a total of £12.7 million pledged (and counting) across nearly 25 thousand backers, The Cyberpunk Trading Card Game is officially the most-funded game in Kickstarter history (and the biggest tabletop game in crowdfunding history).

Being created by WeirdCo (and licensed by CDPR), the ever-growing project is managing to hit multiple fronts, said to be “designed for trading card players, avid collectors, and fans of the Cyberpunk franchise alike.”

Cyberpunk TCG Crowdfunding

As with many of CDPR’s previous Kickstarter projects, the Cyberpunk TCG appears to be well thought out and of a high quality. Of course, we will have to wait and see how the game actually performs when it is shipped out (estimated to be December 2026), but regardless, the Cyberpunk TCG is already a certified success financially.

Full details on the project, its various tiers and rewards can be found HERE.

How to Profile Modern PC Games with NVIDIA Nsight Graphics

5 April 2026 at 22:15

A gaming monitor displays various profiling graphs and a gameplay scene using NVIDIA Nsight Graphics, with a colorful backlit keyboard and mouse in front.

PC game performance analysis has become dramatically more complex in the DirectX 12 and Vulkan era. Between asynchronous compute, hardware ray tracing, temporal reconstruction, frame generation, and machine learning-assisted denoising, a modern game’s rendered frame is no longer a simple sequence of rasterized draw calls. If you actually want to understand where your performance is going, you need to move beyond basic performance overlays and into a tool that can expose how work is distributed across the GPU, how shaders behave at runtime, and which stages are truly limiting the frame. That is exactly where programs like NVIDIA Nsight Graphics […]

Maxsun Intel Arc Pro B60 Dual 48G Turbo Graphics Card Hands On Impressions: Dual Battlemage GPUs With 48 GB Memory

2 April 2026 at 19:00

A Maxsun x Intel Arc graphics card is installed in a computer with Aorus Xtreme Series components, featuring RGB lighting and liquid cooling tubes.

Intel's Arc Pro GPU journey began with the first generation Alchemist A-series products, and last year, the company introduced its Battlemage B-Series products. The first generation of products was aimed at the budget segment, offering good perf/$, and while the positioning continues with the Battlemage lineup, it looks like Intel is slightly moving towards a higher-end segment with its Arc Pro B60, B65, and B70 series. This move comes at a time when AI is the talk of the town, and local AI agents are becoming more and more popular. Also, Intel's recent workstation lineup, the Xeon 600 series, makes […]

CD Projekt RED Says it has “No Plans for Additional DLCs or Expansions” for Cyberpunk 2077 as we Wait for Rumored Witcher 3 DLC

13 March 2026 at 17:00

A character from Cyberpunk 2077 with long black hair and a cybernetic arm looks downwards in a moment of reflection.

CD Projekt RED, as far as we officially know, is working on The Witcher 4, a sequel to Cyberpunk 2077, an action RPG codenamed Project Hadar, and a Witcher multiplayer game codenamed Project Sirius. There have been a lot of rumors circulating recently that we're also getting a new DLC expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and while that remains unconfirmed, a lot of signs point to it getting revealed and released this year. What we won't be getting, however, according to CD Projekt RED, is a new expansion or new DLCs for Cyberpunk 2077. Through the official Cyberpunk […]

CD Projekt Red says ‘no plans’ for new Cyberpunk 2077 expansion but remains quiet on The Witcher 3

13 March 2026 at 16:05

While it had a rocky launch, Cyberpunk 2077 went on to become one of the best RPGs of the current generation after the launch of its Phatom Liberty expansion. With Cyberpunk 2 still a long ways off, fans have been hoping for new DLC but unfortunately, it sounds like we are done with Night City for the time being.

In response to a fan question on Twitter/X, CD Projekt Red confirmed it has “no plans” for additional Cyberpunk 2077 expansions.

The idea of ‘secret DLC' is a bit of a touchy subject for CD Projekt Red right now. In recent months, there have been a growing number of rumours claiming that we will see a new expansion for The Witcher 3 this year to bridge the gap between that game and The Witcher 4, which is currently deep into development. While there is no release date yet for the next Witcher game, it is expected to arrive before the end of 2028.

CD Projekt Red has not yet commented on the rumours surrounding a new Witcher expansion.

Discuss on our Facebook page, HERE.

KitGuru Says: If The Witcher 3 is coming back with a new DLC this year, then I see no reason why the same thing couldn't happen for Cyberpunk 2077 once Cyberpunk 2 is closer to coming out.

I Tested AMD’s Ray Regeneration in Cyberpunk Thanks To Optiscaler, And It’s Surprisingly Good

5 March 2026 at 21:10

A digital illustration shows a prism refracting light with the text 'FSR 'Redstone' Ray Regeneration powered by Optiscaler'

Gentlemen, we meet yet again. It's only been a week since the last time I wrote an article about Optiscaler, but development on the mod is happening at such a rapid pace that I once again have some updates to share with you. This time, it's AMD's Ray Regeneration that's getting the Optiscaler treatment. Thanks to the work done by DarkHelmet, you can now swap Nvidia's Ray Reconstruction for AMD's legally distinct Ray Regeneration denoiser. This is huge news, since currently there's a grand total of two titles with support for Ray Regen, and one of them isn't out till […]
