Following a reveal at CES earlier this year, ASRock is now launching two new flagship AIO liquid coolers – the Taichi Aqua 360 LCD and the Taichi 360 Holo. Designed with enthusiasts in mind, the Taichi Aqua model has a transparent water channel, giving you a little bit of that custom-loop aesthetic with the simplicity of an AIO design. On the other side, the Taichi Holo uses a floating 3D visual effect, created using Persistence of Vision technology.

On the monitor front, ASRock continues to expand with a new line-up of Taichi OLED gaming monitors, offering resolutions up to 4K, and refresh rates as high as 540Hz depending on the model.

The lineup includes the 4K 240Hz TCO27USA and the 2K 500Hz TCO27QXA, both equipped with QD-OLED panels. In addition, the new Taichi TCO27QXB sports a Tandem OLED panel, along with Dual Mode functionality, so you can switch between a higher-resolution mode with a lower refresh rate, or a lower-resolution mode with a maximum 540Hz refresh rate.

The Phantom Gaming line is also getting a new OLED display – the 34″ Ultrawide PG34QSR.

ASRock is also expanding further into the power supply market this year. The flagship Taichi TC-3000P is designed for multi-GPU workstations, you know, the kind that might be running local LLMs and various AI tools.

There is something here for gamers as well though. If you are a fan of Small Form Factor PCs, then the new Phantom Gaming SFX 1000W is probably worth checking out. It has enough power for today's high-end gaming rigs, as well as excellent efficiency and noise ratings. If you don't need a full 1000W, there is also an 850W version, which has a Cybenetics Lambda A++ rating, ranking it as one of the best for quiet operation. As you would expect, both models are fully modular, so you won't have to deal with too much cable clutter.

ASRock also has a new Steel Legend RX 9070 GRE hitting the market. AMD just announced the global launch of this graphics card at Computex, opening the door for board partners like ASRock to finally sell their own custom-cooled solutions. Previously, the RX 9070 GRE had only been made available in China.

The Steam Hardware and Software Survey for April 2026 confirms that Nvidia GeForce RTX 50 series GPUs now account for 10.8% of surveyed desktop systems. When including laptop variants, the Blackwell architecture's total market share reaches 13.41%. The data also marks the first appearance of the GeForce RTX 5050 and AMD’s RDNA 4-based Radeon RX 9070 in the primary GPU table.

According to Valve’s latest figures, the RTX 5070 is the most popular desktop entry in the series at 2.86%, followed by the RTX 5060 at 2.57%. Other desktop listings include the RTX 5060 Ti (1.81%), RTX 5070 Ti (1.62%), RTX 5080 (1.37%), and the flagship RTX 5090 (0.41%). The newly listed RTX 5050 holds a 0.16% share. On the AMD side, the Radeon RX 9070 debuted at 0.17%, while the RX 7800 XT remains the highest-ranked modern Radeon desktop card at 1.22%.

The survey also recorded the Apple M2 as a new entry in the video card category with a 1.77% share. Valve has not provided specific details regarding this addition, though it may reflect updates to Steam’s hardware detection or shifts in Mac user sampling.

VRAM distribution trends show a shift toward higher capacities. The 16GB category saw a 1.98-point increase, bringing its total to 23.51%. While the 8GB category remains the most common configuration at 26.76%, it declined by 0.76 points from the previous month.

Crimson Desert launches today with full support for AMD’s latest FidelityFX Super Resolution technologies, giving players access to FSR 4.1 Upscaling, FSR Ray Regeneration and FSR Frame Generation from day one. Pearl Abyss’ open‑world action‑adventure has been one of 2026’s most anticipated releases, and AMD is positioning the game as a showcase for its newest image‑quality and performance‑boosting features.

Crimson Desert arrives as a large‑scale, story‑driven adventure built on Pearl Abyss’ in‑house BlackSpace Engine. The game blends open‑world exploration with cinematic combat and large set‑piece encounters, all rendered with ray‑traced shadows, global illumination and reflections. Launching today across PC and consoles, it places a heavy emphasis on visual fidelity, making upscaling and frame‑generation support particularly relevant for players targeting higher resolutions or smoother performance.

AMD’s FSR 4.1 Upscaling is the centrepiece of the integration, improving image clarity and preserving fine detail such as foliage, particles and reflective surfaces even when using performance‑oriented presets. Crimson Desert also supports FSR Ray Regeneration, a neural‑network‑based denoiser designed to improve the quality of ray‑traced lighting, shadows and reflections by reducing noise and shimmering in complex scenes.

FSR Frame Generation rounds out the feature set by inserting additional frames to increase perceived smoothness and responsiveness. All three technologies are available through AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 26.3.1, so be sure to update your drivers.
