Asus has announced its latest monitor lineup at Computex 2026, including what it claims is the world's first 24.5-inch OLED esports monitor, the ROG Strix OLED XG259QWPG Ace.

The ROG Strix OLED XG259QWPG Ace features an FHD TrueBlack Glossy Tandem WOLED panel with a 540Hz refresh rate and a 0.2ms response time. Due to its new-gen panel, it delivers a higher peak brightness and a longer lifespan compared to older WOLED models.

For high-resolution gaming, Asus introduced the 31.5-inch ROG Swift OLED PG32UCWM, featuring a 4K Tandem RGB OLED panel with an RGB Stripe Pixel layout and Dual Mode function, allowing users to switch between 4K/240Hz and 1080p/480Hz.

Additionally, Asus also introduced the ROG Strix OLED XG32UQWMS, which is another 4K ‘dual mode' Tandem OLED display, and the ROG Strix 5K XG27JCEG, which offers an even higher 5K resolution at an 80Hz refresh rate. The Strix 5K has Dual Mode functionality too, so it can also run at QHD/320Hz.

For the mid-range gaming segment, Asus updated the TUF Gaming Series 5 with the 34-inch VG34WQML5F and the 27-inch VG27AQML5F. The former uses a curved Fast VA monitor featuring a 0.5ms response time and Dual Mode, allowing users to switch between WQHD (3440x1440) at 240Hz and HD at 480Hz. Meanwhile, the VG27AQML5F has a QHD IPS panel with a 320Hz refresh rate and a 0.3ms GTG response time.

The professional line is led by the ProArt Display OLED PA32USD, a 31.5-inch 4K QD-OLED featuring a 240Hz refresh rate, 1000-nit peak brightness, and dual 12G-SDI inputs. The 26.5-inch PA279CDV and 31.5-inch PA329CDV also use 4K QD-OLED panels.

Asus has announced the upcoming availability of the ProArt Display OLED PA27USD and PA32USD professional monitors.

The 26.5-inch PA27USD and 31.5-inch PA32USD feature 4K QD-OLED panels with a 240Hz refresh rate and up to 1000 nits peak brightness. Both monitors are factory-calibrated to Delta E < 1 and offer 99% DCI-P3, 100% sRGB, and 100% Rec. 709 colour gamut coverage. A built-in colorimeter supports standalone self-calibration, and the internal scaler IC chip stores colour profiles for use across different operating systems. The displays support multiple HDR formats, including Dolby Vision, HLG, and HDR10.

 

Connectivity includes dual Thunderbolt 4 ports with 96W Power Delivery and daisy-chain support, HDMI 2.1, and DisplayPort 2.1. For professional broadcast and VFX workflows, the PA27USD features a single 12G-SDI input, while the PA32USD supports dual 12G-SDI inputs for uncompressed 4K @ 60Hz signals. A built-in USB 3.2 hub provides two USB Type-A and one USB Type-C ports.

The two monitors also have integrated “OLED Care” features, including pixel shifting and a proximity sensor that dims the screen when no user is detected, to mitigate burn-in risks. Purchases of any of these monitors include a three-month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud.

The PA27USD is scheduled for release this month at $2,199, while the PA32USD is expected in June at $2,699. The PA27USD will also be available as a “Panaro MAX Rugged Case Edition” for $2,599, which includes a portable flight case.

ASUS has introduced a new external SSD enclosure called the ProArt PA40SU. It is made for creators who need fast and stable storage in a small and easy-to-carry design.

The biggest highlight is USB4 support. This allows transfer speeds of up to 40 Gbps. This means users can move large files like 4K videos and project data much faster. It is a useful option for video editors, photographers, and anyone working with big files.

The ProArt PA40SU SSD enclosure supports NVMe M.2 SSDs in both 2230 and 2280 sizes. This gives users more flexibility when choosing storage. Whether it is for backups, editing work, or daily file transfers, the device is built to handle heavy tasks.

To keep performance stable, ASUS has added a smart cooling system. It comes with a four-level fan and a thermal pad. This helps control heat during long use and reduces slowdowns. In company testing, the device was able to transfer up to 2960 GB of data in just 30 minutes without major drops in speed.

The design is simple and practical. It has a slim body with just 13.5 mm thickness and comes in a clean black finish. This makes it easy to carry and suitable for both studio and outdoor use. It also has a tool-free design, so users can install or change the SSD quickly without extra tools.

Asus's ProArt series is expanding with its first keyboard. Named ProArt KD300, this is a 65% wireless keyboard that trades the aggressive aesthetic of the ROG line for a sophisticated “Black Aerolite” finish aimed at designers and office professionals.

While similar to the ROG Falchion RX Low Profile, including using the same Asus RX Red optical switches with a 1.0 mm actuation point, the KD300 (via NotebookCheck) relocates the signature touch panel to the rear of the chassis to maintain a clean, distraction-free top plate. This positioning allows for a sleek aluminium top cover while still providing gesture-based controls for volume, brightness, and creative macros through the web-based AsusGear Link interface.

 

Connectivity-wise, the keyboard supports tri-mode connectivity for up to 5 devices simultaneously via 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth, and USB-C. To further enhance functionality, Asus has included a dedicated PC/Mac toggle switch and integrated storage for the wireless dongle in its injection-moulded plastic base. The device is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery, which the company claims can last 16 months on a single charge with the backlighting disabled, or around 100 days with the RGB running at full brightness.

The typing experience is designed to be both responsive and quiet, featuring dual layers of integrated silicone-damping foam to absorb the metallic pings often found on compact mechanical boards. Currently, the ProArt KD300 has officially launched in the Chinese market for CNY 999 (approximately £107).
