Lexar THOR RGB is the focus of Lexar’s latest desktop memory launch, bringing high-speed DDR5 performance to gamers, content creators, and PC enthusiasts. The new DDR5 Gen 2 memory kit reaches speeds of up to 7200MT/s while combining improved cooling with customizable RGB lighting.

The new Lexar THOR RGB memory operates with CL38-48-48-86 timings at 1.40V. It is designed for modern Intel and AMD desktop platforms that support high-speed DDR5 memory. The faster memory speed helps improve overall system performance in gaming, creative work, and multitasking.

To keep temperatures under control, Lexar THOR RGB uses a new sandblasted forged aluminum heat spreader. Lexar has also added an integrated thermal conductive silicone layer between the memory chips and the heatsink. This design helps move heat away from the modules more efficiently, allowing stable performance during long gaming sessions and demanding workloads.

The memory is also built for users who enjoy RGB lighting. Lexar THOR RGB includes eight high-brightness LEDs with 13 built-in lighting effects. The RGB light bar sits neatly on top of the modules while maintaining the clean and premium look of the aluminum heat spreader.

According to Lexar, the memory is rated to operate in temperatures from 0Β°C to 85Β°C, making it suitable for everyday use as well as heavy desktop workloads. The company also backs the product with a limited lifetime warranty for added peace of mind.
