TCL has introduced the new TAB A1 Plus NXTPAPER tablet in the United States. The latest tablet is built for students, professionals, and users who want a large display for work, reading, entertainment, and everyday tasks. It combines TCL’s paper-like NXTPAPER display technology with modern hardware and AI-powered features to deliver a better tablet experience.

The tablet features a 12.2-inch display with a 2.4K resolution and a productivity-friendly 3:2 aspect ratio. It also supports an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and better responsiveness. TCL says its NXTPAPER technology provides a more comfortable viewing experience by reducing eye strain while keeping colors clear and vibrant.

A dedicated NXTPAPER Key allows users to switch instantly between Standard Mode, Color Paper Mode, and Ink Paper Mode. The upgraded VersaView feature lets selected apps remain in full color while the rest of the display stays in paper mode, making it easier to work and read at the same time.

Powering the tablet is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor. It comes with up to 16GB of RAM using memory expansion technology and 256GB of internal storage. Users can also expand storage by up to 2TB using a microSD card.

The TCL TAB A1 Plus NXTPAPER also includes several AI tools to improve productivity. These include Google Gemini, Circle to Search, Writing Assist, Text Assist, Smart Translator, and Smart Voice Memo. The tablet runs Android 16 with TCL’s latest user interface, which supports Split Screen, Floating Window, and Sidebar for multitasking.

A 10,000mAh battery powers the device and supports 33W fast charging. The tablet also features a premium metal body with an IP54 rating for protection against dust and light water splashes.

The TCL TAB A1 Plus NXTPAPER is now available for $399.99 through TCL and selected retailers, including Amazon. Lian Li already makes some of the best‑looking ARGB fans on the market, but today the company is adding to the roster with the new UNI FAN FLEX series, introducing updated SL FLEX and CL FLEX models.

The new SL FLEX and CL FLEX fans form the entry point to Lian Li’s wireless ecosystem, connecting through the updated FLEX Receiver. The receiver handles power via a standard 4‑pin PWM header and communicates wirelessly through L‑Connect 3, allowing users to control lighting and fan curves without additional cabling. It also supports a 5V 3‑pin ARGB mode for those who prefer motherboard‑controlled lighting. Each receiver can run up to four fans and is backward compatible with previous CL Wireless models.

The UNI FAN SL FLEX receives the biggest visual update, replacing its aluminium side plates with dual‑sided infinity‑mirror lighting. It features two lighting zones with 52 LEDs and operates at up to 2000 RPM, delivering 66.5CFM of airflow, 2.5mmH2O of static pressure and 29dBA. Standard and reverse‑airflow versions are available in both black and white.

The CL FLEX retains its established design but now ships with the FLEX Receiver for expanded control options. It reaches up to 2100 RPM and pushes 77.34CFM at 2.52mmH2O, making it the higher‑airflow option in the FLEX family. Like the SL FLEX, it comes in standard and reverse‑airflow variants.

Triple‑fan packs include the L‑Wireless Sync Controller, supporting up to 10 connected devices rather than four. The UNI FAN SL FLEX and CL FLEX are available starting today, priced at $21.99 / $69.99 for SL FLEX single / triple packs and $16.99 / $54.99 for CL FLEX single or triple packs.

KitGuru Says: Lian Li’s UNI FAN lineup has been hugely popular for both aesthetics and ease of installation. The new FLEX models look set to continue that trend, allowing PC builders to cut down on cables even further. 

TCL has expanded its display lineup with the announcement of the 27X3B and 32X3B OLED gaming monitors. These new monitors use 4th Gen WOLED panels, improving peak brightness, text legibility and anti-reflective properties. 

Display specifications vary between the two sizes shown in official promotional materials. The 27X3B operates at QHD resolution with a 280Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, the larger 32X3B supports dual-mode operation, switching between UHD at 240Hz and FHD at 480Hz. Both monitors feature circular polarisation technology designed to reduce screen reflections down to a rated panel reflectivity of 1.1%. According to TCL, the displays reach peak HDR brightness of up to 1500 nits, with a 0.03ms GTG response time and 99.5% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage.

Integrated speakers co-tuned with Bang & Olufsen provide built-in audio across both models. For connectivity, the 27X3B has two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DP 1.4 port, and one 3.5mm audio jack, while the 32X3B has two HDMI 2.1 ports, one USB-C 90W port, two USB-A (KVM) ports, one DP 2.1 port, and one 3.5mm audio jack. Ergonomics are limited to a tilt-adjustable stand.

Global availability and international pricing have not yet been announced. In China, the 27-inch model debuts at 4999 yuan (£556), while the 32-inch edition lands at 7999 yuan (£890).

TCL held a major display showcase this week, debuting a suite of high-performance monitors that push the boundaries of refresh rate and panel technology. Leading the announcement is the company's first 1040 Hz Mini LED gaming monitor, alongside a premium 31.5-inch 4K OLED model designed in collaboration with Bang & Olufsen. While these units are initially launching in the Chinese market, they represent a significant leap in the “dual-mode” display trend.

The highlight of the event (via Leikeji) was TCL's new 31.5-inch OLED+ monitor, designed to compete directly with Samsung's latest QD-OLED offerings. This screen features a 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) at a 240 Hz refresh rate, but it also includes a “dual-mode” capability that allows it to reach 480 Hz at 1080p. TCL is marketing this as “OLED+” because of its vertical sub-pixel layout, which aims to solve common text clarity issues and reduce the “purple tint” glare typically found on older OLED panels. The display boasts a 1300-nit peak brightness, 10-bit colour depth, a near-instant 0.03 ms G2G response time, and a premium audio system co-designed by Bang & Olufsen.

For esports enthusiasts, TCL introduced the 27P2A Ultra Mini LED monitor that sets a new industry standard for speed. While its native resolution is 1440p at 550 Hz, the dual-mode function enables it to reach a staggering 1040 Hz at 720p. This monitor uses TCL CSOT's proprietary HFS (IPS-type) panel and “Tmoc Super Dynamic Sharpness” tuning to ensure motion remains clear even at such extreme frame rates, promising a 1ms G2G response time spec and 0.1ms MPRT. The specific number of dimming zones remains undisclosed.

TCL also expanded its mainstream offerings with the 27-inch 27C3A Pro, a more affordable HFS display. The 27-inch model delivers a 4K resolution at 165 Hz (switching to 320 Hz at 1080p) and features 2304 local dimming zones. This provides an exceptional 2200-nit peak XDR brightness, paired with the 1 ms G2G response time spec, a 0.2 ms MPRT spec, and 10-bit colour depth.

Pricing for the P2A Ultra is still undisclosed, but the X3A will cost 5999 yuan, and the 27C3A Pro (£649) will cost 3199 yuan (£346).
