Agon by AOC has announced the debut of its Agon 7 series with the launch of the Agon Pro AGP277QKDC gaming monitor. The 26.5-inch professional-grade display is scheduled for release in September 2026 and marks the brand's first model to combine dual-frame mode with a 4th-generation Tandem WOLED panel.

The Agon Pro AGP277QKDC's dual frame mode allows competitive players to switch between two profiles depending on their gaming needs. The panel is a 4th-generation Tandem WOLED with a rated peak brightness of 1500 nits at 1.5% APL. Colour performance spans 99.5% of the DCI-P3 gamut with 10-bit depth, backed by factory calibration and a VESA Certified DisplayHDR True Black 500 rating. An integrated KVM switch allows control of two PCs via a single set of peripherals. AGON by AOC has announced the new AGON PRO AGP277QKDC, a premium gaming monitor designed for esports players and competitive gamers. The new display marks the beginning of the AGON 7 series and brings several advanced features focused on speed, image quality, and everyday usability.

The AGON PRO AGP277QKDC comes with a 26.5-inch screen and is the first monitor from the company to combine Dual Frame Mode with the latest Tandem WOLED panel technology. This combination allows gamers to enjoy both high refresh rates and excellent picture quality in one display.

One of the biggest highlights of the monitor is its Dual Frame Mode. Users can choose between a native 540Hz refresh rate at QHD resolution (2560 x 1440) for sharper visuals, or switch to an ultra-fast 720Hz mode at HD resolution (1280 x 720) for maximum motion clarity in competitive games. This gives players the flexibility to choose the setting that best suits the game they are playing.

The monitor uses fourth-generation Tandem WOLED technology. Its advanced four-layer panel design improves light efficiency and allows the display to reach a peak brightness of up to 1,500 nits. The design also helps improve long-term durability by spreading the workload across multiple layers.

AGON by AOC has also redesigned the monitor’s appearance. The new AGON 7 design features a symmetrical stand that saves desk space and gives players more room for large mouse movements and flexible keyboard positioning. The monitor also includes a four-sided frameless design for a cleaner and more immersive viewing experience.

The company has updated the on-screen display menu to make settings easier to find and adjust. A joystick controller and two customizable shortcut buttons allow users to quickly access frequently used settings.

Performance remains a major focus for the AGON PRO AGP277QKDC. The monitor features an extremely fast 0.03ms GtG response time and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible certification for smooth gameplay with reduced screen tearing. It also supports Adaptive-Sync technology and works with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.

For image quality, the display covers 99.5% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and supports 1.07 billion colors through its 10-bit panel. Every unit is factory calibrated before shipping to ensure accurate color performance. The monitor is also VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certified, delivering deep blacks and improved shadow detail.

Connectivity options are equally impressive. The monitor includes two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR20), and a USB-C connection with 65W Power Delivery. The USB-C port can handle video, data transfer, and laptop charging through a single cable. An integrated KVM switch allows users to control two computers with one keyboard and mouse setup.

Additional features include 150mm height adjustment, tilt, swivel, and pivot support for better ergonomics. AGON by AOC has also added cable management, a pop-out headset holder, and customizable Light FX RGB lighting.

To give buyers extra confidence, AGON by AOC is offering a three-year warranty that includes OLED burn-in protection. The monitor also features OLED Care functions designed to help maintain panel performance over time.

AGON PRO AGP277QKDC pricing

The AGON PRO AGP277QKDC is expected to be available in September 2026 with a suggested retail price of Β£699.

With its combination of Tandem WOLED technology, flexible refresh rate options, and esports-focused features, the AGON PRO AGP277QKDC aims to become one of the most advanced gaming monitors available for competitive players.
