From PC Cooling to AI Infrastructure

AI workloads are no longer confined to large data centers. They now run on creator workstations, engineering systems, edge servers, and on-premises computing clusters. These systems place sustained pressure on processors, graphics cards, power delivery, and cooling hardware.

Maintaining stable performance under demanding workloads requires more than a powerful CPU or GPU. The entire platform must be designed to handle the heat and power involved.

CPS PCCOOLER is applying more than two decades of PC thermal engineering experience to this broader class of professional systems. Its new product lineup combines air and liquid cooling, a high-capacity workstation chassis, and a 2500W power supply for AI workstations and rack-mounted servers.

The initial lineup includes five products.

TR620M X

Compact dual-tower CPU air cooler

At just 115 mm tall, the TR620M X is designed for compact workstations and 4U rack-mounted servers. It uses six 6 mm heat pipes, a centrally mounted 100 mm fan with speeds of up to 5,000 rpm, and a large copper base plate.

TS700D

Single-tower CPU air cooler for high-end workstations

The TS700D is built for high-power workstation. It combines seven 6 mm heat pipes with two 120 mm fans capable of reaching 3,000 rpm.

A large copper base plate improves heat transfer, while the reverse-blade rear fan supports a directed airflow path through the heatsink and chassis.

LR480S

480 mm all-in-one liquid CPU cooler.

The LR480S is CPS PCCOOLER’s flagship all-in-one liquid cooler for professional computing systems.

Its 480 mm radiator and four high-speed 120 mm fans provide the cooling capacity required by AI workstations under sustained processor loads.

SR700

High-end AI workstation chassis

The SR700 is a flagship chassis for multi-GPU AI workstations and high-performance computing systems.

It supports HPTX motherboards, two 480 mm radiators, dual power supplies, and extensive multi-GPU configurations. The chassis can accommodate up to 30 fans in the 120 mm format, giving system builders considerable flexibility when configuring airflow and liquid-cooling hardware.

SU Series

Cybenetics Titanium-certified workstation PSU

The SU supplies up to 2500W for multi-GPU workstations and demanding AI workloads.

It includes as many as four native PCIe 5.1 12V-2×6 connectors and uses industrial-grade 450V, 105°C main capacitors. Cybenetics Titanium certification confirms its high efficiency under demanding operating conditions.

Supporting the Next Generation of Professional Computing

CPS PCCOOLER will continue adding products for workstations, servers, and other advanced computing platforms.

Development is also underway on liquid-cooling infrastructure, including cold plates and rack-mounted coolant distribution units, for high-density AI systems.
