Alienware has teamed up with Team Liquid to launch a new set of custom Star Wars keycaps and mousepads inspired by the famous Star Wars universe. This is the first time Alienware has released its own themed keycap collection, and it looks like a solid step for fans of gaming setups and sci-fi design.

The Star Wars keycap set is mainly made for the Alienware Pro Series keyboards, but it also works with most modern mechanical keyboards. It uses Cherry-profile keycaps made from strong PBT material, which is known for long life and resistance to wear. The legends are dye-sublimated, so the letters will not fade easily over time.

Alienware includes a full 143-key set of Star Wars Keycaps, or 141 keys in the space-themed version. This means it supports standard ANSI layouts and even basic UK ISO layouts. It also covers common keyboard sizes, including boards with a 6.25u bottom row. Even though the set is designed with Alienware’s Pro Wireless Gaming Keyboard in mind, it should fit many other keyboards without issues.

Along with the Star Wars keycaps, the company has also launched four large mousepads. These are based on famous locations from the Star Wars universe, including Endor, Dagobah, Kamino, and a general Galactic Conflict theme. The artwork is inspired by designs from Ralph McQuarrie, who helped shape the original look of Star Wars.

Each mousepad measures 88.9 x 40.64 cm, giving plenty of space for both keyboard and mouse. They come with a smooth cloth surface, stitched edges for better durability, and a rubber base to stop slipping during use.

In terms of pricing, the Star Wars keycap set is available for $75, while each mousepad costs $40. Both products are currently listed on the Team Liquid US official website.

This launch is simple but smart. Alienware is not trying anything too complex here, but it is offering something clean, useful, and clearly aimed at fans who want to add a bit of Star Wars keycaps style to their desk setup.

Hyte has partnered with hololive and Cover Corporation to design a Sakura Miko collection, featuring a custom Y70 case and a bundle including a keycap set and desk pad. The products feature artwork by illustrator Rosuuri and are available in both black and white.

The Hyte Y70 Sakura Miko case features the talent's name and custom designs integrated into the trim, along with a serialised plate on the rear panel. The illustration by Rosuuri covers the entirety of the panoramic glass panels. Other details added to this special edition case include a UV-printed cat bell power button and a “Sakura Miko” signature text written along the top trim.

As for the Hyte Sakura Miko bundle, the keycap set includes 157 dye-subliminated PBT keycaps (Cherry profile), compatible with both ANSI and JIS layouts. Every bundle includes a custom 900x400mm desk pad featuring a 28 SPI (stitches per inch) and a Sakura Miko artwork.

Hyte's sister company, iBuyPower, has confirmed it will launch the RDY Y70 Sakura Miko Edition prebuilt gaming PC featuring these components in the near future.

The first 300 pre-orders, both the black and white versions, made through hyte.com will come with a free collector's lanyard (not for individual sale). While pre-orders are currently live on hyte.com for residents in the US and Canada, the company states that international customers must wait for further information regarding local retail pricing and availability.

Corsair is officially expanding its presence in the peripheral market with a refresh of its MM mousepad family. The new lineup introduces three distinct tiers, headlined by the company's first foray into the premium glass segment: the MM Glass Large. 

Measuring 400mm x 500mm, the MM Glass Large is the flagship of the range. Constructed from tempered glass, it features a 0.2μm micro-etched surface to provide maximum speed without the “skating” feeling that can lead to a lack of control. To address common complaints regarding glass pads, Corsair has applied a matte sound-dampening treatment to reduce the high-pitched “clacking” of mouse feet. The pad is held in place by a 1mm polyurethane base and features CNC-sculpted rounded edges to prevent cable snagging.

For those who prefer a more traditional feel, the MM Pro Control offers a cloth alternative. These pads utilise a high-density, micro-textured woven surface. Unlike the thinner glass model, the Pro Control features a 4mm-thick polyurethane base, providing significant cushioning for the user's wrist. These pads are hand-washable and feature stitched anti-fray edges for added longevity.

Completing the lineup is the MM Anti-Fray Cloth series. These pads feature a micro-weave surface. Unlike the polyurethane bases of the higher tiers, these rely on a natural rubber foundation. This series offers the broadest range of sizes, spanning from Medium (320mm x 300mm) to 3XL (1220mm x 590mm), ensuring there is an option for you, no matter the size of your desk.

All mousepads are now available in black and grey. The MM Glass Large hits the retail market at £89.99/$99.99/€99.99, the MM Pro Control Medium at £24.99/$29.99/€29.99, the MM Pro Control Large at £49.99/$59.99/€54.99, and the MM Anti-Fray Cloth starting at £11.99/$12.99/€12.99 for the Medium size.

MSI has announced a collaboration with the anime Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, releasing a limited‑edition hardware collection themed around the series. The lineup includes a graphics card, keyboard, mouse, and mouse pad, each designed with colours and motifs inspired by the show

The centrepiece of the collection is the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16G Frieren Edition OC. Based on MSI's proven Gaming Trio series, the card features the Tri Frozr 4 thermal design with StormForce fans and a nickel-plated copper baseplate. However, this particular model uses heat-reactive thermochromic ink, allowing the backplate to reveal its true colours when the GPU reaches operating temperatures, and revealing an artwork of Frieren with Himmel the Hero.

The Forge GK600 TKL Wireless Frieren Edition keyboard offers a compact tenkeyless form factor that blends performance with acoustics. The keyboard is equipped with linear mechanical switches and a multi-layer sound-dampening system featuring internal gaskets and foam to ensure a satisfying typing feel. Visually, the board is finished in lavender and white, with custom keycaps representing Fern and Stark. It includes a 4000mAh battery for extended wireless use and a dedicated keycap puller, allowing users to further personalise their setup with the themed accents included.

The Versa Wireless Frieren Edition mouse and the Agility GD20 Frieren Edition mouse pad round out the collection.
