Control, Soul Hackers 2 and more set to leave PlayStation Plus next month
With the latest additions to Sonyβs PlayStation Plus Extra / Premium game subscription service now available, the console maker has also informed fans on what titles are set to be removed soon β with a total of 7 games getting ready to depart including Control and The Dark Pictures Anthology.
In going to the Last Chance to Play section on the PlayStation 5βs PS Plus page, users will find a total of 7 titles set to leave PlayStation Plus Extra / Premiumβs service. Though no exact date was given, expect the following to be removed come sometime mid-May:
- MotoGP 25
- Sand Land
- Soul Hackers 2
- Mortal Shell
- Control Ultimate Edition
- The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan
- The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope
Compared to most months, Mayβs departees are rather notable across the board, with Mortal Shell being a competent souls-like; Soul Hackers 2 coming from the much-loved ATLUS; The Dark Pictures Anthology serving your B-Movie needs and last but not least Control β offering a highly fun, unique and intriguing 3rd-person shooter experience from Remedy Entertainment.
While there is unlikely to be enough time for you to complete all of these titles before theyβre gone, subscribers might want to make sure to check out Control before its removal, especially with its sequel set to launch some time this year.
