Academia Sinica targets quantum chip manufacturing scale with Taiwan's semiconductor tool base

The company plans to add production lines and adopt AI technology at its Hsinchu, Tai Yuen Hi-Tech Industrial Park, and Southern Taiwan Science Park (STSP) facilities.
