Hi, there. We have simplified everything below so you know exactly what to expect:
Why the Method of Purchase Changed
Demand has been much higher than we initially expected, and at the same time, the units available are still very limited due to supply chain constraints. Because of this, no matter which purchase method is used, we may not be able to meet all demand.
We are no longer using a secret reward link, since this approach comes with the risk that if it were shared publicly, users without a deposit could still get the 40% discount. To better protect deposit users’ benefits, we will now offer the discount via a price difference refund. This change ensures that only deposit holders get priority access to limited stock.
No matter what price you pay during checkout, if you successfully secure a unit on a first-come, first-served basis and use the same email address as your deposit, your final price will always match your reserved deposit price:
• iDX6011 Pro → $1,559
• iDX6011 (64GB) → $1,199
• iDX6011 (32GB) → $999
On Kickstarter, you may see different prices (for example: limited early bird, or standard price). These are standard Kickstarter reward tiers, not price increases targeted at you.
As long as you secure a unit and your email matches your deposit record, your reserved price is guaranteed.
How refunds work (2 scenarios)
Scenario 1: If you successfully place an order on Kickstarter
1. From March 24 to April 23, 2026, go to Kickstarter and place your order (at the listed price at that moment)
2. Refunds will be paid out between May 1 and May 15, 2026. This includes:
* The price difference (if any)
* Your $30 deposit
3. Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method
Important: Your Kickstarter purchase must use the same email address used to place your deposit on nas.ugreen.com, in order to match them correctly.
Scenario 2: If you do NOT place an order
1. After the campaign ends on April 23, 2026, you’ll receive an email asking for your PayPal account
2. Submit your PayPal information within 14 working days
3. After submission closes, we will initiate your $30 deposit refund within 1–7 working days
4. The refund will be sent to your PayPal account (from UGREEN)
